Awesome home and location
This house is perfect for families or larger groups. It has everything you could possibly need and is super close to shopping. A short stroll from the spectacular community pool and play area for kids but the private pool is fantastic. We loved having 2 sitting areas and plenty of bathrooms with 3 upstairs and 2 down. Our family of adult children and one grandchild have been to Florida several times and this is the best home yet. A high chair and playpen for sleeping were really appreciated. The only negative is the garbage is never picked up but to be fair we were here during New Years so possibly things were just behind. There was a drop off area which was no big deal so we took our garbage daily to keep the home clean. So glad we found this home!

We had a most relaxing stay the house accommodated all of our necessities over the Christmas holidays and the Kids and adults both enjoyed the game room.

Area was quite accessible to the highway with lots of places to eat in the surrounding areas. Davenport is a little further away from the parks but easy access to the highway made driving times almost equivalent to staying in Kissimmee. Wish there were a few more towels but other than this the house was well appointed. Also if you intend to have visitors it’s advisable to inform the management office in advance as the gate does track all ins and outs to the unit and they will call the management team to report this info.

All and all I would recommend the house the pictures are consistent with what you get.

Perfect in every way. We spent a week in this house. Close to Disney, Golfing and fishing. Publix and Walmart also close by for our grocery shopping. The house was clean and updated. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Neighborhood was quite. We did spend a day at the clubhouse and used the pool there. Plenty of space. Game room was used every night and we set up a couple of puzzles during the week on the dining room table. We left them there for others to use. We will return to this home for another vacation. We did a a couple of issues that were taken care of by management company right away. Thank you so much

Lovely place. Very clean and tidy. The kids loved the pool, they couldn’t get enough of it. They also loved the themed bedrooms too. Can’t fault anything.

Beautiful place, serene environment. All equipment is in good shape, very spacious and beautiful interior decor. Its proximity to Disney parks is of great help. The kids loved the pool and this place is everything beautiful. I would recommend it over and over again!

Stayed in this fantastic house in mid-October, it is absolutely fantastic. South facing, neat, spacious and very comfortable. The kids enjoyed it, we also enjoyed the proximity of the house to Disney and all the major attractions. I will definitely be staying here again and would recommend this property with no hesitation.

Absolutely amazing home on a great resort property! Our visit was for a week in Mid-May, South facing property was exultant and the view of the pond behind the house was never tiring with all of the bird activity. We had requested pool heating and could not have been more pleased with that decision the kids swam 3-4 times a day and the adults enjoyed the pool and hot tub just as much. When the kids were not in the pool, they were in the games room this house has everything for young and old. This is by far the best property and property management team we have booked with and we are already talking about when we can make the next trip back down from Canada.

This is a fantastic home that is very comfortable, well equipped and maintained and has all the required amenities for a fantastic vacation. The resort area has a great club house with pool, exercise room, and even café services for your stay. Kim, Sydney and the entire Greenway Property Management Team do a great job, are very accommodating, and are readily available to assist in any way they can to make your stay a memorable one. Will definitely book this one again.

We stayed here December 25th-January 1st. We had a great time! We went to Disney during the days and it was a quick 15 minutes driving with normal traffic, we saved a lot staying here as opposed to on property and had so much space. Our daughters (5 and 3) loved the pool at the house and the Solterra resort pool, slide and lazy river. It was high of low 60s and that didn’t stop them, or us! We had everything we needed at the rental and then some. Grocery store is 7 minutes away. Not a bad thing to say, highly recommend for families who want space to relax and be comfortable.

We stayed here over the Labor Day Holiday weekend and we really enjoyed the proximity to Disney as well as the amenities of Solterra. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for the 7 of us. The exit this resort/home is off of has everything you need from gas to groceries and food. Overall we had a great stay and we will be back to Solterra in the future!

Your home was a wonderful home away from home for our entire family. Time spent here provided a chance for cousins to bond more firmly with cousins, brothers with brothers, sister-in-laws and grandparents and grandchildren. We will truly treasure the special moments always. We have decided that this home sets a new bar for vacationing together and we will return or look for a similar VRBO in another part of the country. Your home thoughtfully provided great comfort and great entertainment for all ages. We may need to add a video game system like the one from the games room to our home. It was a popular. The Star Wars themed room added that little extra magic for out two Star Wars obsessed boys. Having a high chair and stroller for our smiley little ten month crawler made this house work like home. We also greatly enjoyed watching the birds and wildlife in the water area. The sandhill cranes are residents at our lake in Wisconsin in the summer- we enjoyed hearing them and seeing them here. We have stayed at this property during the Canadian March Break. We had an amazing time, and even though the weather was not warm enough to enjoy the club facilities (other than playing soccer with the kids on their nice soccer net), we had a great time in the pool and the hot tub in the back yard. This villa is South-facing, meaning you have sun in your backyard all day long. The covered lanai is excellent to sit under and eat outside, even if it is raining or if the sun is too bright.
Cleanliness is very important to us, so kudos to the management company (Greenway – Kim and Sydney in particular), as they keep the place super clean. We had some essentials waiting for us (mini-soap, dishwasher detergent and sponge) and that helps after driving for 2 days. We were so impressed with the management company that we have already booked our New Year’s vacation and the March Break for 2018!
The living room upstairs was a hit for the kids! They spent their time there when they were not in the pool. I cannot wait for the lazy river construction to be complete at the resort! After visiting a few other resorts and staying elsewhere in the Orlando area, Solterra is definitely the best one. We cannot wait to get back!

The house was perfect for our family of 6! The pool was clean and spacious. The bedrooms were huge and the double beds were well received by all. The location was fine with the Publix supermarket only a few minutes’ drive away.

The house was wonderful for my family. It was definitely home away from home. The house accommodated 2 families comfortably. The pool area and the club house amenities kept our families entertained for hours. Sydney was extremely helpful each time I needed anything. The only issues that we had were with the outdoor fan and the downstairs master bedroom TV never worked. However, Sydney was prompt about responding to the issues. We look forward to returning to Solterra in 2017.

Thank you for being able to rent your beautiful Orlando area home! We had 4 families stay here for participating in Nationals for AAU Volleyball at the Orange County Convention Center (OCC) and the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. We enjoyed the pool, game room and the comfortable bedrooms and feel of your home! Our last full day here we spent in the pool and out on the lanai just hanging out and relaxing. So great to have the kitchen too for cooking many meals. We found this awesome restaurant the Ovation Bistro and Bar out here in Davenport and ate there 2 nights in a row! Brought back a few menus to share with future renters who are in search of an excellent meal close by!
Our team finished 5th place in the 17’s Open Division out of 70 teams. Many good memories of our week here! The house had an ample room for two families of four. The four kids had a great time in the pool and the upstairs family room. We will have fond memories of the home and our vacation here.

We loved how the garage has all the games. We loved the pool, it was awesome! We liked how the rooms were decorated with Star Wars and finding nemo!
